Following a successful installation at the Boundary Mill stores in Colne, the Borough of Pendle Council contacted Review System Digital Signage Ltd, to assist the supply and installation of an outdoor display in the Pendle Rise Shopping Centre in Nelson, Lancashire.
After consulting with the council on the type of screen required and their budgetary requirements we provide a high brightness 65-inch outdoor totem display. Working in conjunction with the council ground preparation team, our team of engineers carried out the delivery, installation and setup of this 450kg robust display.
The screen was supported and funded by the HM Government Welcome Back fund,The European Regional Development fund, Northern Powerhouse and the Borough of Pendle Council.
Quote from the Government website
"The Welcome Back Fund is providing councils across England a share of £56 million from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to support the safe return to high streets and help build back better from the pandemic. This funding builds on the £50 million Reopening High Street Safely Fund (RHSSF) allocated to councils in 2020 and forms part of the wider support government is providing to communities and businesses"
Content is managed via our in-house designed and maintained software digitalsignage.NET. Our cloud-based software allows the council to have full control from their offices from any standard internet web browser ie Google Chrome. Digital media can be uploaded, scheduled and delivered directly to the screen in seconds, allowing the council to update the display without the need to visit the site.
Full training and support was also provided directly by Review Systems Digital Signage Ltd, ensuring that the council requirements are fully sustained.
