Located at the heart of the Boley Shopping centre in Litchfield, Touchwood Pharmacy contacted us for a signage solution consultation for their Pharmacy. After viewing our website, Touchwood could instantly see the number of Pharmacies that have already benefited from a Pharmacy TV solution from our Healthy Living and Pharmacy First team and were eager to find out more.
The Pharmacy's goal was to reduce the number of health related poster and leaflets scattered on walls and windows and required a clean and uncluttered solution to delivering important information to their customers.
The Pharmacy wanted a fully managed service that would allow the promotion of their services and special product offers.
We recommended a 55-inch High brightness digital signage window display for the front of the store. The street facing display would provide an attractive and eye catching statement, that would be visible even on the brightest sunny days, informing passers by of the service and offer to be found in-store.
One inside the store, a smaller 43-inch display is prominent next to the counter. A perfect position for the queuing customers who can gain some knowledge and useful information while waiting to be served.
As part of our managed service, our design and delivery team worked with the Pharmacy to create health related media content, image, videos and schedule this on each of the displays. Our cloud based digital signage software, allow this media to be delivered quickly and effectively allowing for rapid changes in real time.
Aftercare support is provided by our dedicated team, ensuring that the Pharmacy can rest easy, should support be required. Our team provides remote and on-site support as required.
