Wilsons Pharmacies contacted Review Digital Signage Ltd to discuss the wide range of digital signage display options that we had to offer. The pharmacy was looking for a mix of internal digital displays installed in prominent areas and externally facing window designs, in a number of locations.
Compliance with The Healthy Living Pharmacy (HLP) framework in regards to helping to promote the heath of their local community was a key part of the requirements.
The Review System team assembled a number of display options for Wilsons pharmacy, after visiting a number of their Pharmacies in Derby, Derbyshire. This offer also included a subscription to our Healthy Living TV service, specifically designed for Pharmacies.
All sites have our 55-inch high-bright portrait window option installed. Available in both single sided, for external customer facing only, or double-sided, offering the option to present to both external and internal customers at the same time, from one single display unit.
Internally, smaller portrait displays have been installed in prominent customer-facing areas, to complement the larger displays. Media content has been provided with a subscription to our Healthy Living TV service, that is dedicated to Pharmacies and their community.
Our Pharmacy TV platform delivers a broad range of health promotion interventions through community pharmacies to meet local need and improve the health and wellbeing of the local population, helping to reduce health inequalities.
All displays have been professionally installed and showcase Healthy Living campaigns from Public Health England (PHE) and Awareness days, delivering useful information and guidance to customers.
Our Public Health England (PHE) campaigns, provide information to customers on the health-related topics that are important to health and wellbeing. This information may be vital to a customer who may have a health-related matter and may not be aware of it, or wish to simply find out more. This successful Pharmacy TV platform is delivering vital messages that promote general health awareness to all of Wilsons customers.
Awareness days, highlight the special days and events that are happening every month, not just in the UK, but Worldwide and how people can get involved to support them. For example, World Cancer Day or My Purple Day for Actions on Strokes or World Autism Acceptance week. These unique and very special days bring cognisance to customers who may not be aware or how they may be able help and or donate.
Each digital display is updated every month to ensure that the latest PHE and Awareness days are always fresh and current. This is all done seamlessly by our team and requires no intervention by the pharmacy.
Pharmacy Services, that are specific to the individual pharmacy are also displayed. This includes for example; Travel vaccinations, Blood pressure tests, Heart checks or prescription text alerts. All media content for these services is created via a one-to-one discussion with each of the pharmacies. The tailored and branded advertisements are then created by our in-house design team and managed on behalf of the pharmacy, interleaving them into the PHE and Awareness days media.
All pharmacies are fully supported, with both remote diagnostics and engineer visits as required leaving the pharmacists to do what they do best.
